Can you invoice the agency rather than the tenant?
Yes. Tell us at booking who the account sits with and that is who gets the invoice, whether it is the agency, the landlord directly or the bond cleaner subcontracting us. One invoice per property or one for a whole batch, your call.
Do you do the fans for bond cleaners?
Yes, that is one of the main reasons this page exists. Bond cleaners book us for the fans and keep the rest of the clean themselves. To be clear about the boundary: we are not a bond cleaner and we do not quote whole exit cleans, so the fans are all we take on.
Can you do several properties in one day?
Yes, and it is the way to do it. Group the addresses by area and we work through them as a run. Give us the list with rough fan counts and we will come back with the schedule and the total before we start.
What do we get for the file after the clean?

Do you clean fans while the property is tenanted?
Yes. Drop cloths go under every fan and all the dust leaves with us, so it works around a tenant being home or not. We are fully insured with the certificate available on request, which is usually the question the landlord asks before the tenant does.
