What we collect
When you submit our booking form or call us, we may collect your name, suburb, phone number, email address and details about the job you need. If you visit this site we also collect analytics and advertising-attribution data (see "Cookies and tracking" below).
Why we collect it
- To contact you about your booking and provide our service
- To send booking confirmations and reminders
- To improve our website and measure our advertising
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics and, when enabled, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our ads. We also keep first-touch and recent paid-click attribution in your browser for up to 90 days, including allowed campaign tags and advertising click IDs. When you send an enquiry, we may attach that attribution, the pages visited during the current session, referral source, visit timing and general device, language and timezone details so we can measure which marketing produced the enquiry. We do not retain unrelated query-string parameters. These tools may set cookies or browser storage and share limited data with Meta and Google. You can opt out through your browser settings or the Meta and Google opt-out tools.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business, who are required to protect it. These currently include:
- Web3Forms, processes our booking form and emails the enquiry to us
- Our SMS/email provider, to send booking confirmations and reminders
- Meta and Google, for advertising measurement (see "Cookies and tracking")
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling us on 0481 608 500 or through our contact page. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Complaints
