If a surface needs equipment outside our safe setup, we say so before the booking. There is no promise to stretch from the top rung or improvise once we arrive.

High dusting works best alongside ceiling fan cleaning. The room is already protected and the high surfaces are being worked in one organised pass, instead of becoming another small job to arrange later.
It can also be quoted on its own for an inspection, a pre-wet or post-wet reset, or a commercial space with visible overhead dust.
Visible surface cleaning, not HVAC or remediation work
We clean the accessible face of a vent or grille. We do not enter ductwork, clean air-conditioning coils, test airflow or make indoor-air-quality claims. Mould remediation, pest waste and hazardous or asbestos-suspect dust need the appropriate specialist.

How much does high dusting cost?
It is quoted from photos or an access check because height, floor space and the number of areas change the time and equipment required. You approve one fixed price before work starts.
Can I add high dusting to a fan clean?
Yes. That is usually the most efficient way to book it because the ladders and room protection are already in place. Mention the rooms and surfaces when you enquire so they can be included in the quote.
Do you clean air-conditioning ducts or coils?
No. We can clean the accessible face of a vent or grille. We do not enter ductwork, clean coils, sanitise HVAC systems or test airflow.
Can you remove mould from high surfaces?
No. We remove ordinary dust and cobwebs from suitable surfaces. Suspected mould, pest waste, hazardous dust or asbestos-suspect material needs the appropriate remediation specialist.
Do you do high dusting for commercial properties?
Yes, where the surfaces are within safe reach. Offices, strata common areas, shops and venues are quoted after the access and work area have been checked. Commercial work has a $350 minimum.
